1. Our position on copyrighted content

Motora is a discovery and tracking site, not a streaming or download service. We don't host, upload, embed, or link to full episodes, films, or other infringing copies of copyrighted anime. Cover art and short metadata (titles, synopses, genres, scores) shown in our catalog are retrieved automatically from a public anime database and used solely for identification purposes, consistent with fair use.

2. Ownership

All anime series, characters, artwork, and related trademarks referenced on this site remain the property of their original copyright holders — the respective studios, publishers, and licensors. Motora claims no ownership over this material.

3. Filing a takedown notice

If you're a copyright holder or an authorized agent and believe material on motora.eu.cc infringes your copyright in a way not covered by fair use, send a notice to hello@motora.eu.cc that includes:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed
  • The exact URL(s) on motora.eu.cc where the material appears
  • Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you're authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

4. Our response

We review takedown requests promptly and will remove or restrict access to the disputed material where warranted, typically within 5–10 business days of receiving a complete notice.

5. Counter-notification

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with similar identifying information and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
